Home in Nashville on Monday, July 19, 2010 at 1:00
P.M. with Rev. Phil Carson officiating. Interment
will be in the Greenwood Cemetery at Nashville. |
Memorials: Should friends desire memorials may be made to the Washington County Humane Society and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home. |

Mrs. Katherine Collins of Nashville, IL departed
this life at the Friendship Manor Health Care Center
in Nashville on Thursday, July 15, 2010 at 6:45 P.M.
She had attained the age of 83 years, 2 months and 2
days.
Katherine was born in Nashville on May 13, 1927
the daughter of J. Kenneth and Martha K. (nee
Kraudel) Lane.
Mrs. Collins was of the Presbyterian faith. She
worked for the State of Illinois as a
stenographer/court reporter for several years until
her retirement. Katherine enjoyed playing Bridge and
she was a lover of animals.
Left to mourn her passing is six nephews, Jack K.
Lane and wife Janet, Thomas J. Lane and wife Carol,
Glen Lawler and wife Martha, Greg Lawler and wife
Angela, Larry Finke and wife Mae Elizabeth and Ted
Lawler and wife Chris; 2 nieces, Vicki Sanders and
Angie Prang.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one
brother Jack J. Lane; and two sisters, Farlene Lawler
and Helen Finke.
